Who is Accounting Endeavors?

From my vantage, Accounting Endeavors is not just another bookkeeping shop — it’s a boutique, client-centric business built to deliver expert, custom accounting support without the overhead or rigidity of big firms.

  • Mission & priority I believe that your books should be modeled around you — your business, your workflows, your needs — not the other way around. Clients’ needs come first; our system and processes flex to serve you, not the other way.

  • Value promise We aim to deliver the same level of bookkeeping precision and depth as many CPA firms (up to, but not including, tax preparation), yet at a fraction of the cost. We want clients to see us as a partner in clarity and organization, not just a vendor.

  • Niche & differentiation I built the firm to emphasize mastery of QuickBooks (and related bookkeeping tools) — smoothing over “rough edges,” customizing setups, and being the “go-to” people when things get messy or complex. We’re not generalists; we lean into depth and specialty.

  • Collaboration, not replacement Tax work is important — but it’s not our specialty. Rather than competing with CPAs, we complement them. We produce pristine books so that when your CPA steps in, they have clean input and less hassle. We also coordinate with existing CPAs or refer ones when needed.

  • Accessibility & reach Because our firm operates remotely and online, we’re not anchored to one locale. We serve clients in all U.S. states. The vision was: whether you’re in California, Florida, or Alaska, great bookkeeping can come to you.

  • Team & credentials I ensure that our team is composed of top-tier QuickBooks professionals — specifically QuickBooks Advanced Certified ProAdvisors, people who know the ins and outs and can handle advanced or tricky scenarios.

What I Want a Client to Understand

  • You’re getting full-service bookkeeping: everything from transaction recording, reconciliations, financial statements, categorization, accounts payable/receivable, and more — all up to the point where taxes are filed.

  • You’re not getting tax return preparation from me — but I will hand off or coordinate with a qualified CPA so there’s no gap or confusion.

  • You’ll benefit from custom configuration — I will tweak your QuickBooks (or other systems) so that they reflect how you work, not how “bookkeepers think you should work.”

  • Because I run a small, boutique model, you get more direct access. You’re not dealing with junior “closures” or faceless teams; you’ll see continuity, accountability, and responsiveness.

  • I’m transparent about pricing: many services begin around $80 (for business bookkeeping or QuickBooks support) and $20 (for QuickBooks questions). It isn’t cheap for what you get, but it’s geared toward value, not undercutting. Quickbooks Consulting

  • The goal is long-term relationship — I want your books to run clean for years so that you avoid messes, surprises, and last-minute stress during tax season.
